Customer satisfaction is one of our main priorities. If you are not satisfied with your purchase speak to us, we will happily assist in providing you with a credit note, exchange or refund.
If you would like to return an item please ensure your return meets the following conditions:
Claims for short deliveries and or damaged goods must be made within 48 hours of receipt of goods.
It is imperative that any missing or damaged parcels be noted in writing when signing for the delivery so the freight company is also advised in writing at time of delivery.
All other claims must be notified within 7 days of receipt of goods.
Register your intention to return within seven days of receiving your order. Once you have registered for a return you will receive a Return Authorisation number, Please mark the Return Authorization number on the return parcel. Any goods accepted for return must be unused and in original condition.
No refund for change of mind on sale merchandise.
Dory’s Leather will only accept returns that were originally purchased from www.dorys.com.au
How long do returns take to process?
Once we receive your return we will aim to process this within 3-14 business days.
Refunds will be transferred to your method of payment within 3-4 business days. In some cases allow additional 3-5 business days for funds to clear
Exchanges will be received as a regular order time of 3-4 business days.
Do you cover return postage?
In most cases Dory’s Leather will reimburse the cost of return postage. We recommend sending via standard post with tracking as we do not cover the loss of an item not received.
I have not received my refund
Funds can take 3-5 business days to appear back to your method of payment. If you’re yet to receive confirmation of your return being processed please contact us
