WHEN WILL MY GOODS SHIP?
When goods are in stock we usually ship within 0-3 business days.

AUSTRALIA WIDE SHIPPING. – FREE

Dory’s Leather use Australia Post Express Post service with the added insurance of signature on delivery. This should be an overnight delivery to most areas of Australia. Some remote areas can take 2-3 business days. Dory’s Leather will notify you of the shipping/tracking number, however, once it has been dispatched the delivery time is in the hands of the carriers.

All deliveries are ‘Receipted Delivery’, meaning you must sign for your parcel(s).
If you’re not there to sign for your delivery Australia Post will put a note in your letterbox advising you there is a parcel waiting for collection at your nearest post office.

Should the goods not be signed for on receipt of delivery then neither Dory’s Leather nor the freight company will accept responsibility for damage or loss of missing parcel(s).

Missing Parcels – what should I do

Please notify our office immediately of the situation so we can review your order and check the situation internally and with the freight company.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING. – FREE

International shipping is dispatched via Australia Post. Dory’s Leather includes standard international post with the added insurance of signature on delivery. (Estimated Delivery time – New Zealand 9-15 days, USA and Asia 10-20 days, United Kingdom 12-25 days.) If you would like to upgrade to International Express or International Courier service please contact us regarding additional cost and delivery lead times.  

DUTIES AND TAXES 
Dory’s Leather is not liable for any Duty and Taxes which may be incurred when the goods arrive in another country.

Dory’s Leather is unable to refund duties and taxes for international orders that are returned. Depending on the country, you may be able to contact your local customs offices directly for a refund of these costs.
